Pangop & Fosso Strike to Give Cameroon CHAN Hopes
Cameroon’s intermediate lions have edged Sao Tome 2-0 in the first leg of qualifiers to the African Nations Championship (CHAN), Kenya 2018.

The game played on Saturday 12 August in Sao Tome was the first official outing of Coach Rigobert Song, who was assisted by Agbor Ernest.
Cameroon struck at the 42nd minute through Frantz Pangop to make the difference. Raymond Fosso would later convert from the penalty spot at the 75th minute to seal the Lion A’s victory.
The return leg will take place in Limbe on Saturday the 18th of August 2017, according to Team Press Officer Simon Lyonga.
The Cameroonian delegation is headed for Douala after today’s game.
