Cameroon's S.W. region loses two prominent football actors within 26 days!

Former international referee and former President of the Southwest Regional League of Fecafoot, Wacka Michael is no more.

He died last night at the Buea Regional Hospital, according to the regional President of the Cameroon Association of Sports Journalists, David Mbua Evelle .

Michael Wacka remarked some time ago that Cameroonian football was in the wrong hands. He was talking to The Post Newspaper in Buea.

"Football in Cameroon is going the wrong way. Football in Cameroon is in the wrong hands," he said. 

Reacting to media reports on the non-payment of 4-month-salary of the National Football Coach, Artur Jorge, Wacka found it ridiculous on the part of FECAFOOT.

Note that details of his death are still to be disclosed. 

Pa Wacka’s death comes barely 25 days after another Buea-based football actor Zachary Nkwo bowed out in the early hours of Sunday June 4, 2017, at the Mount Mary Hospital in Buea, Southwest Region, after a brief illness.

Old Zacs as his friends fondly called him is still to be buried.
