Cameroon Premier League: Fovu of Baham regain top-flight status

Fovu Club have qualified for the MTN Elite 1 following results of some delayed MTN Elite 2 matches played on Thursday.




Fovu beat PWD 2-0 yesterday at the Mbouda Municipal Stadium in Bamenda. The delayed day 34 game was initially disrupted by October 1 manifestations.   

Fovu football club of Baham now have 58 points, joining FC Yaoundé II and AS Fortuna to qualify for League 1 next season.

Going by the table, Panthère Security of Garoua, Batofogo and Douala Athletic Club have been relegated.
