Bamboutos Coach Bernard Fotso Denies Leaving after Dismissal
Reports say Bernard Fotso has been fired as head coach of Bamboutos less than three months after his appointment.
Talking to Equinox media Wednesday 4 October, 2017, Mr Fotso said he had been handed a letter from club President, Justin Tagou, requesting him to leave. He said he cannot leave before he is paid accrued salaries and match bonuses for over three months.
The Coach who was appointed to replace Jules Nyongha said he has no issues with Mr Justin Tagou and remains the head coach of the Mangwa Boys.
Bamboutos who are still in contention for the 2017 Cup of Cameroon finished the MTN Elite 1 season on the 13th spot with 43 points.
