Latest transfer news as window closes up

Arsenal have signed Gabon striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund in a club record £56m deal.




Dortmund agreed to complete the deal after striking a deal to sign Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi on loan.

Aubameyang scored 141 goals in 213 games for Dortmund since 2013, including 21 in 24 matches this season.

Aubameyang joined Dortmund from French club Saint-Etienne in 2013.

He was named Bundesliga player of the year in 2016, and last season was the German top flight's most prolific scorer with 31 goals.

He has played 56 times for Gabon, scoring 23 goals.

Chelsea have completed the signing of Olivier Giroud from London rivals Arsenal.
The 18-month deal is evaluated at £18m.




His move to Chelsea was confirmed hours after Arsenal completed a club-record transfer for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund.


Swansea have re-signed forward Andre Ayew from West Ham for a club-record fee of £18m, possibly rising to £20m.

The Ghana international, 28, left the Swans in 2016 with West Ham paying £20m for a player who scored 15 goals in his debut Premier League season.

Ayew rejoins Swansea on a three-and-a-half-year deal, and will reunited with his brother Jordan.
Newcastle have signed Leicester forward Islam Slimani and Sparta Prague goalkeeper Martin Dubravka on loan until the end of the season.


Slimani joined Leicester in August 2016 but he has started just two Premier League games this season.

Pep Guardiola has suggested Manchester City will move for Riyad Mahrez again in the summer after failing with a Deadline Day bid for the Leicester City winger.

City ended their pursuit for the Algeria international after the two clubs tried for several hours to agree a deal involving cash-plus-player without success.

City's cash-plus-player offer was estimated at £65m - falling well below Leicester's valuation of around £95m for the deal.


Everton have completed the signing of Manchester City defender Eliaquim Mangala on loan for the rest of the season.

Mangala has played nine Premier League games for City this season. His playing time has been further affected by the arrival of big-money signing Aymeric Laporte on Tuesday.


Tottenham have completed the £25m signing of winger Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain on a five-and-a-half-year deal.

Moura is Tottenham's first winter transfer window signing since 2015 when they bought Dele Alli from MK Dons and becomes the second PSG player to arrive at the club this season after Serge Aurier's summer move.

Wolves have signed Bournemouth striker Benik Afobe on loan for the rest of the season.
