The President of the commission, Barrister Happi Dieudonne, and four (4) others were spotted at FECAFOOT Headquarters in Tsinga-Yaoundé on Monday 11 September 2017, taking over the premises.

“Possession des Lieux ce jour à la FECAFOOT par le Comité de Normalisation à 11h,” a twitter post said.

“Mot de Me Dieudonné HAPPI, Pdt du Comité de Normalisation aux responsables de l’administration de la FECAFOOT,” another twitter post read.

According to the social media posts by the Federation, Mr Happi had a talk with some FECAFOOT officials.

Addressing the acting officials headed by the Secretary General, Blaise Moussa, Barrister Happi said,

"Today, we all have a heavy responsibility that requires immeasurable sacrifices from everyone. Our country, the whole world is watching. If we feel genuinely Cameroonian, there is nothing we cannot do."

"This isn't the work of a person. Nobody in the world can do this job alone. But there will be no room for mistakes."

"Thank you very much for this reception, we rely heavily on you. We are extremely open people, and do not hesitate to approach us."

On Saturday, the commission drafted by a 4-man FIFA and CAF team paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education, where they were installed.
