FECAFOOT Boss Spurs Up CHAN team Prior to Departure
The President of the normalisation committee of the Cameroon Football Federation, Barrister Dieudonne Happi, was in the Lions’ den to pledge the support of the association he incarnates, as the team prepares to leave Cameroon for Morocco ahead of the 5th African Nations Championship – CHAN.
Speaking in the short but important ceremony in the team’s hotel on Thursday evening, the fecafoot boss called on the players to showcase what they have received from their Coaches to bring home glory.
He added, “you guys are lucky to have an emblematic former Lions captain as coach, use his experience. We know you got the talents, use that to make your country proud.”
In continuation, barrister Dieudonné HAPPI drew the loudest applause from the 24 players present when he announced that,
“as long as my team remains in place, players will never go through stressful moments. We will make sure all your bonuses are paid and on time, especially whenever you win your games.”
Also speaking, the team’s coach Rigobert SONG, captain Junior AWONO, chief medical officer ELIME Gregoire and Manager Sali ISSA all assured the president and his delegation that all is well in camp.
The atmosphere is warm, the players and in good health while the moral is of steel edge.
